Unless the bonus description says otherwise, a deposit bonus needs at least $20 to activate. With a bonus selected, the cashier recommends methods that suit it, and the bonus description shows how much you need to deposit to trigger it.
Money attached to an active bonus can't be withdrawn until that bonus's wagering is met. Deposited funds tied to a deposit bonus, together with any winnings made from them, sit in your locked funds and move to your withdrawable balance as you meet the play-through on each bonus. Wagering has to be completed within the bonus's timeline before a withdrawal can be approved.
Unless the rules for a particular activity, game or promotion say otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings they generate carry a wagering requirement, which is the total you need to stake before they move into your cash balance. In practice, $500 staked on slots counts in full, the same $500 on table games counts as $100, and on roulette it counts as $25.
Unless the specific bonus page says otherwise, each casino wager placed before the bonus is complete, with deposited or bonus funds, is capped at 20% of the deposited amount. Going over that cap may lead to account closure and the loss of the bonus and any winnings made while wagering it.
Unless otherwise listed, most bonuses give you six months from redemption to use them or meet the playthrough. If those requirements remain unmet when the deadline passes, any remaining bonus funds and the winnings they generated are forfeited. Cancelling or forfeiting a bonus before its wagering is met voids every fund it generated, the bonus included, and it can't be reinstated.
If a no-deposit bonus such as free chips or free spins is credited to you, and its own terms don't set a different limit, the most you can cash out is $125 when the bonus is under $100, or an amount equal to the bonus when it is over $100. To qualify for a further no-deposit bonus, you need to have made a real-money deposit since the last one and to have kept your account active. Redeeming two or more no-deposit bonuses in a row, with no deposit or further account activity between them, can cost you the later winnings. We don't allow a no-deposit bonus to be mixed with a deposit. If you deposit while one is still active, the deposit is credited to your balance but isn't treated as funds in active play, and your winnings stay under that bonus's wagering and cashout cap until your balance is equal to or below the deposit plus whatever balance you held before redeeming the bonus. Play funded by no-deposit money earns no loyalty points.
Bonus funds can't be used on live dealer games or on any Hot Drop Jackpot game, although VIP players may receive specific live dealer bonuses under their own terms. Deposits made by Voucher or Player Transfer can't be used to redeem a bonus.
Bets placed without real risk, such as backing red and black together in roulette or player and banker together in baccarat, don't count towards wagering. Hedge betting, zero-risk betting and similar play done on purpose to exploit a bonus is prohibited and can lead to disqualification from the bonus or closure of the account.

Generate a new wallet address for every withdrawal request, even if your last attempt failed. Crypto withdrawals are processed only after all related crypto deposits are confirmed on the blockchain.
